The Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA) partners with sales professionals, team leaders and organizations across the country to develop knowledge and skills to improve sales performance. In addition to making a wide range of resources available to its members, CPSA administers a national certification program for sales professionals looking to achieve maximum productivity and excellence.

As the CPSA’s exclusive partner in Quebec, the HEC Montréal Sales Institute, in collaboration with the Executive Education group, provides opportunities to help sales professionals fine-tune their expertise through designated certification programs.

At the end of your chosen program, you will be able to apply to be recognized as a certified sales professional (CSP) or a certified sales leader (CSL). Both of these credentials speak volumes about your commitment to sales excellence. You will be eligible for CSP or CSL certification after completing the required course of study, providing the documentation to confirm you meet CPSA requirements and passing the requisite exams.
